Advanced Radiology has 30 imaging centers that provide services in Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Carroll, Harford, and Howard counties. All of our physicians are board-certified and skilled in various radiologic specialties. The Breast Center at St. Joseph’s provides the following services: DEXA | Bone Density, Biopsy, Mammography (3D), X-ray and Ultrasound.
Advanced Radiology | Breast Center at St Joseph Medical Center has been named a Designated Comprehensive Breast Imaging Center by the American College of Radiology (ACR). This status recognizes breast imaging centers that have earned accreditation in all of the College’s voluntary, breast-imaging accreditation programs and modules, in addition to the mandatory Mammography Accreditation Program.
The breast imaging services at Advanced Radiology Imaging Center on the Saint Joseph Medical Center campus are fully accredited in mammography, stereotactic breast biopsy, breast ultrasound and ultrasound-guided breast biopsy. Peer review evaluations, conducted in each breast imaging modality by board-certified physicians and medical physicists who are experts in the field, have determined that this facility has achieved high practice standards in image quality, personnel qualifications, facility equipment, quality control procedures and quality assurance programs.
Our breast imaging center is located off of Osler Drive in close proximity to Towson University, Towson Town Center, Loyola Blakefield, Calvert Hall College High School, Loch Raven Technical Academy and the Country Club of Maryland. You can access our center from 695, 83 or York Road. We service the surrounding communities of Armagh, Eudowood, Lutherville, Timonium, Towson, and Yorktown.
We pride ourselves on accommodating the busy schedules of our patients by offering morning, afternoon and weekend hours.
